More Than Gymnastics — A Path to Beauty

Rainbow Swan Gymnastics Studio offers a unique program integrating Artistic Gymnastics & Yoga — nurturing harmonious physical development, highlighting strength, balance, coordination, grace, and the beauty of the soul.

Participation in classes includes exercises in pairs and groups. We learn to listen to each other, to follow, to support and adjust each other — keeping a peaceful and happy atmosphere permeated with the aspiration for perfection.

The body is at the centre of our work, but it is the soul that leads us into the heart and essence of what gymnastics is. What we hope to express through movement is beauty and the harmony of our many-dimensional being. And childhood is the best time to begin this work.
